Genius G Pen 560 Free Driver Download Official For Mac
Driver Genius scans your PC for out-of-date drivers and updates them automatically or on demand. You can schedule scans, back up and restore drivers, monitor hardware, and even boost your system's performance for gameplay. ProsBack up and restore: Driver Genius can back up and restore drivers automatically. It's no substitute for a full system backup, but it might be able to restore missing or corrupted drivers without requiring a major system rollback.Hardware monitoring: The Options dialog's Monitoring tab includes basic but welcome temperature monitoring and alerts for CPU, graphics cards, and hard drives.Game Booster: The bundled Game Booster can temporarily optimize PC resources for gaming performance and return it to normal settings when you're done.
ConsScan only: The trial version of Driver Genius will scan your system and (probably) find out-of-date drivers. But to update them, you must buy the software, so you really can't try out the trial.False positives: Some of the drivers that Driver Genius flagged for updates were already up-to-date, including our chipset and graphics drivers. Bottom LineIf the idea of updating your PC drivers manually doesn't appeal, Driver Genius' automatic features and support options are very welcome. However, not being able to try the software first is a real drawback.Editors' note: This is a review of the trial version of Driver Genius 14.0.0.361. I have a genius tablet and i dont find it lags or anything at all. I used to use wacom at school and decided to get a tablet. Obviously i chose the cheaper option.
Iv had mine for about a year now and there is one thing that pisses me right off. It says that it includes pressure sensitivity (something i never really noticed existed until iv started college) but it wont work i try to enable it and it shows a warning sign. I googled it and apparently its to do with vista? And yes i have a vista laptop. Steinberg cubase nuendo keyboard stickers for mac.
Does anyone know a cure for this because im getting more serious about digital work and now im aware of it its really bugging me! A Genius is the first tablet I ever got, only replaced because it's 5'x4' and meant for signing documents and such. The stylus broke (because I stepped on it) and I used electrical tape on it, works perfectly again.
It's about 5 years old now and I gave it to a friend who wanted to get into digital art, they haven't had any problems with it. From memory it was pretty cheap, too. Also I don't know where else you'd get one, but I nabbed a Medion A4 notepad tablet from Aldi (Australia) for $170 when I wanted a bigger tablet, it works away from a computer (clip paper on, switch nibs, draw and it saves the file, you can open them when you plug it in), really good value, spare nibs, nib removing thingie, a slot thing to put nibs in for travelling, etc. The only thing I don't like about it is that it has nowhere to put the stylus for travel. I have a Genius tablet (Genius PenSketch 9'12'). I like it but I've never had a WACOM tablet (I'm searching for one but they just way too expensive to get - so I'm thinking of starting to save money for a BAMBOO Fun or a CINTIQ - XD it's the most expensive one LOL). If you want a tablet which has A/4 size and is the cheapest you should buy the Genius one but if you want to make more professional graphics I suggest WACOM. And I've just checked that Genius has a cool new type of digital tablets called G-Pen M712.
It's more complicated than mine so I may buy this one. Well I recently received a Genius Mouse Pen 8x6 for my birthday and well, like everyone said.you do get what you pay for.
My boyfriend spent $40 USD on it and it worked great the first day but on the second day the pen gave out completely (even with new batteries and installing new drivers). We ended up getting a Wacom Intous 3 and I just love it. I've heard where other people had the same experience as me with their Genius.so my advice would be to go ahead and get it but be sure you can return it.and Wacom's can go for cheap on EBAY.go luck! I recommend you getting the Genius one, my art was lovely, clean and perfect with it, a total of 2020 drawings were made on it, and they all ended perfect. But I sold it, and purchased a Wacom Intuos. There got my hobby, all my animals and human drawings, with clothing, fur and shading and lines and everything well done were battered by that tablet (the Intuos) and to top it off, it burned just yesterday, and made crappy lines and shading, and horrible backgrounds.
I think I basically threw my 290 Balboas to the dustbin. I bought a wacom two years ago. Slowly stopped working, and after a year it basically died. I believe it's the cord ends up shorting out. Same thing happened to. Maybe you just have to buy the REALLY expensive wacoms for good results. The other day I ordered a genius tablet for $50, but it's larger then my old wacom. It hasn't arrived yet, but it looks pretty neat.
The only problem is I read that some (or all?) genius tablet(s) doesn't/don't have the eraser at the tip like wacom does. Then again, my crappy wacoms eraser only worked 1/5th of the time, and by its last months it stopped working all together.Of course I couldn't afford anything over $60 atm, so it's not like I would have been able to get a new wacom with the eraser feature.;D Even their refurbished 4x5's are $70. The one I ordered is 6x8 (new, $50).Sooo it SOUNDS like a good deal. If it ends up being shit I'm returning it and waiting for financial aid to buy a wacom.:I. I have a Genius tablet and love it! It's very accurate and you can't control it with your hand luckily.
(because the side of my hand rests on whatever I'm drawing on, lol)I've done some sketches on MS Paint and compared them with the usual paper drawings, and there's not much of a difference. I've even tested it on a manga creator and it works perfectly. An added bonus is that it's really thin. It's about as thick as cardboard! And it comes with a really cool mouse. None of the parts weighs as much as a pound!Sorry if any of this stuff is obvious. I'm only an expert on my tablet so far. Everybody praises Wacom to the point that I get sick of it.
But it's not because I use Genius, it's because all of you say between the lines - 'buy Wacom or you'll never be able to paint' That's silly. I use Genius WizardPen 4x3 inches, planning to buy a bigger one - Genius PenSketch A4 size. I can't afford Wacom because all I had I spent on legal Photoshop. Besides it's not the tool that makes artists, oh please kids One big advantage of Genius is price.
It has also useful shortcuts but I switched them off so I have bigger space to work on. Level of pressure - 1024. And believe me - there's no difference between 512 and 1024 The pen has one AAA battery (at least my model, but I believe Genius uses batteries in every model of the pen) but those who say it becomes heavy haven't really worked with it.
My tablet is used as hell, 8-12 hours a day and it's fine after over one year of such use. Doesn't have any lags. Works with every paint software you can think of (checked by me - I'm a software maniac ) There are no problems with newest drivers - every now and then you can check Genius official site and download latest version of the driver (but seriously - what do you need them for?)Of course Genius is not as famous as Wacom and therefore people tend to judge it as worthless. But what is cheap doesn't have to be bad. Wacom is a trademark for its own, no one wants to compete but I think there's no need for it. As a genius tablet user I can say - I'd like to have Wacom but I'm really freakin' happy that I found Genius because without spending huge money I got the tool that I trust.
And I'm not connected with Genius corporation in any ways I just respect what they do and thank them for doing something for me.
